Louise Kerwin integrates Naturopathic functional medicine, herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, dietary, kinesiology, rekindled ancient wisdom, massage and lifestyle counselling into comprehensive holistic treatment plans. Her goal is to provide you with the information and educational avenues needed to support self- healing through the integration of naturopathic care with herbs, nutrients, supplements, natural remedies and elements of personal responsibility and self-care.
The use of Naturopathic functional medicine, kinesiology and massage are considered complementary modalities and are not a substitute for medical care. Therapies or advice offered are not designed to be a diagnosis or treatment of any disease, injury or medical condition. Accordingly, if you have any medical or health issues, we strongly recommend that you consult your GP in addition obtaining any information and/or treatment from Louise.
While people generally experience greater health and wellness as a result of embracing a healthier attitude, lifestyle, and diet, Louise Kerwin cannot promise or guarantee protection from future illness.
Unless you have signed up for a program, payment is expected at or before your appointment.
EFT and Bank transfer is available in clinic and Louise is covered by the health fund if you are eligible for a rebate. Details of Fees are listed on my website and found here.
By signing you acknowledge that you understand that Louise Kerwin is a naturopath, kinesiologist & massage therapist and not a medical doctor, and that you should see a GP if you have a medical condition. Louise Kerwin will not be held liable for failure to diagnose or treat an illness, nor will she be liable for failure to prevent future illness.
Additionally, you undertake to give Louise Kerwin a complete and accurate account of any medical conditions that you may have and any medications that you are taking.
