Louise is amazing! I went to see her with stabbing lower back pains and a cramped shoulder and she relieved the pain substantially. Within a couple days it had completely gone away. Highly recommended!

Everyone needs a "Louise" in their life! She has brought sanity back into our home after consulting with my 15 year old son who suffers from extreme anxiety and depression. For the past 3 years we had seen a steady decline in his mental health, regularly triggered with rage or tears by the smallest of things sometimes numerous times a day. I cannot reiterate how life-saving her skills are! The change within my son was almost immediate, how do I know? The day I brought the script home, my son was in major crises - I was able to convince him to take one of the tablets before he left the house to try to calm himself down. 10 minutes. I am not joking, 10 minutes after he left he called his sister to pick him up and when he came through the door he was calm and rational. It's been 5 fantastic weeks - he still has his teenage moments but compared to the daily issues we used to suffer through, life is so great right now! Thank you Lou, you truly are a life saver x

I knew I needed support to work on some old and deep trauma that was holding me back. Having spent time in a group mastermind environment with Louise I loved her intelligent, gentle, down to earth, yet not holds barred approach to working with the nitty gritty and healing. From the very beginning Louise ensured I understood the process and felt comfortable. I felt supported and that no question was off limits. Between sessions she checked in and I was able to reach out. The very simple ‘homework’ between sessions was just the right amount to support the work we were doing without being overwhelming. Within days I noticed changes. As I progressed with the sessions things quickly began to change within, around and to me. Perceived limitations that had been holding me back eased and released allowing me to evolve and grow beyond my expectations. I went to Louise to help get off my medication as I hated taking tablets. Louise changed my diet and put me on certain vitamin drinks and tablets. With Louise guidance and support I was able to achieve it. No more medication and I feel so much better. Louise is very knowledgeable and is a lovely person. Very supportive. Highly recommend if you need to that extra help the doctors may not be able to give you.
