How a session works:

Clients identify issues they would like to address – these could by physical such as ‘my left knee hurts’ or ‘back pain’, or emotional such as ‘I’m struggling with grief/partner/work relationships’ or simply ‘I don’t feel happy’.

Issues can be one word, a simple sentence, or a whole conversation.
Issues are sent to the clinician either by text, email or if you need to have a conversation, a call will be arranged.
Your clinician will use practices to identify any other issues that need to be balanced; this includes highest priority for highest good and clearing all block to self-healing.
Your clinician will perform a balance on the agreed day and make a time to call to read the balance to you.

Session Information

The aim of the balance is to move energy through your system. Louise does this by writing out your balance on paper and burning it.
DO NOT TAKE NOTES FROM YOUR SESSION. This is important as it holds what is trying to release in your energy field, sometimes making it more problematic.
A RAW balance can bring emotions to the surface. Please contact Louise if you need support with that.
You can experience physical symptoms post-balance as you would with any other bodywork modality. Make sure you hydrate well, and use supports that will assist if you have discomfort, such as ice, heat or stretching.

Everyone needs a "Louise" in their life! She has brought sanity back into our home after consulting with my 15 year old son who suffers from extreme anxiety and depression. For the past 3 years we had seen a steady decline in his mental health, regularly triggered with rage or tears by the smallest of things sometimes numerous times a day. I cannot reiterate how life-saving her skills are! The change within my son was almost immediate, how do I know? The day I brought the script home, my son was in major crises - I was able to convince him to take one of the tablets before he left the house to try to calm himself down. 10 minutes. I am not joking, 10 minutes after he left he called his sister to pick him up and when he came through the door he was calm and rational. It's been 5 fantastic weeks - he still has his teenage moments but compared to the daily issues we used to suffer through, life is so great right now! Thank you Lou, you truly are a life saver x

I knew I needed support to work on some old and deep trauma that was holding me back. Having spent time in a group mastermind environment with Louise I loved her intelligent, gentle, down to earth, yet not holds barred approach to working with the nitty gritty and healing. I went to Louise to help get off my medication as I hated taking tablets. Louise changed my diet and put me on certain vitamin drinks and tablets.
