A non-Attendance /cancellation fee will be charged if 24 hours’ notice is not given prior to your appointment.
This fee is equivalent to your scheduled appointment:
For example
- Naturopath initial $150.00
- 60 min Massage $95.00
- RAW $125.00
Medical & unavoidable emergencies will be at my discretion.
A TXT Reminder service and Email on booking is provided to all patients
This is payable within 7 days and or before your next appointment, all others will be referred to a debt collection agency.
MHFA training
The course will be confirmed on the provision of an official purchase order number, or 50% deposit paid 15 days prior to the course, with the balance due 7 days after the course.
Cancellations within 7 days of the course will be subject to full payment of course costs.
Workshops
Cancellations within 24 hours of the workshop will be subject to full payment & no refund given.
Payments are made through a third party, via Evenbrite or FB Events and not through clinic at this time.
